I have been pretty busy, knitting mostly. I did manage to finish one of the tablerunners that is on my list. I really want to finish at least one more this month if possible. I have also started sewing the seams on the log cabin block.
We have found a church to attend and it is fantastic. The people are very friendly and the pastor is great. Small world - the pastor used to be at a church in OH that we attended for a while and his wife was raised in the same OH city that I was!
We took today off and finally painted the bathroom! It has only been a year (or more) since I started it. ;) Anyway, it is done - not blue like was planned, but bright yellow! Now I have to buy some white paint to do the woodwork since it doesn't look very nice now. Next we get to tackle the living room but probably not till we can open the windows - it doesn't smell real nice in here right now.......
Next week we will be going to OH to pick up 2 of our DGD's for their spring break. Then we will be taking them back the following week. Pray the weather is nice so we can do something besides sit in the house while they are here.

WOW Barb, you sure have been busy. Wish I could say I have the rooms painted that I've been saying I was going to paint for the last year and a half. Glad you found a nice church you feel comfortable with. I do hope the weather is nice while your GC are down. I would love to see your GC so hope you are successful in posting your pics.
He's letting you paint the woodwork??? I never thought I'd see the day! ;)
